In Spring of 2007, Mathias Svalina, Zachary Schomburg, and I did some readings in the midwest: John Gallaher found us
at a bowling alley in Maryville, Missouri. We met a little parrot named Budgie in a tavern in Bethel, Kansas.
We got mired in Chicago traffic and nearly missed our reading with Carrie Olivia Adams at Quimby's. And we read
in Minneapolis with Julie Doxsee, when Julie was still an American.
Actually, most of the footage was shot in Mathias's old basement apartment in Lincoln, Nebraska. I think there were seven
people in attendance. Including the three of us, Julie, and this old femur that used to ride around in the back seat of Mathias's car.
In Fact, there were 99 dvds of this episode burned. God knows where they are.
